Joseph Fischer is our Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and founder. He collaborated with longtime colleagues to create the core technology.
Mr. Fischer is a bio-pharmaceutical industry veteran with a proven record of success, who has the ability to work with multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams to accomplish desired results. Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Fischer was Vice President of Manufacturing for Enzon, Inc. located in Piscataway, New Jersey (1990 to 1993; and May 1996 to November 2000), Vice President of Operations at Osteotech, Inc. located in Eatontown, New Jersey (June 1993 to May 1996), and held management-level positions at American Home Products in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (1981 to 1990) and Worthington Diagnostics in Freehold, New Jersey (1968 to 1980).
Mr. Fischer has an understanding of government regulations and the manufacture, marketing, and distribution of products with high quality requirements and significant technical attributes.
Mr. Fischer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Rutgers University.
Donald N. Kender, Ph.D. is our Quality and Regulatory Affairs Compliance Officer.
Dr. Kender is a pharmaceutical and blood banking executive with veteran leadership experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Compliance and Emergency Response preparation and execution. He has been recognized for outstanding planning and project management and leadership skills as demonstrated by vacating the NYBC Consent Decree with the FDA and US Department of Justice. Dr. Kender was an Authorized Official and Vice President of Quality Assurance at New York Blood Center (May 1997 to January 2010) and held increasing roles of responsibilities in Research and Development, Quality Control and Clinical Operations through his twenty-one years at CIBA Pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Kender received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry at The Ohio State University, Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Georgetown University, and was a NRC Post-doctoral Fellow.
Charles J Sininski, CPA is our Chief Financial Officer. He has approximately ten years experience in the tissue transplantation field at Osteotech, Inc. (November 1994 through May 2004). After being hired as an accounts receivable specialist, he quickly moved up the ranks within the finance department to his final position as Assistant Controller. He has knowledge of the research, processing and logistical aspects of tissue transplantation. He has worked with Lifeblood Medical as a part time CFO from 2004 through 2005 and became full time from 2006 to present.
Mr. Sininski is a Certified Public Accountant, registered in New Jersey and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers University.
