Lifeblood Medical, Inc. has completed an exclusive worldwide licensing deal for the LiforCell® brand of products with Essential Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Essential Pharmaceutical will manage all of LiforCell®’s distribution, promotion, medical education, research and development, and all other aspects of LiforCell® as it relates to the serum, tissue freezing and transport, and pathology markets.
